This image was a finalist in the Royal Photographic Society's 'The Dark Side' competition. It shows the beacon on top of the Folly shining out across Folly Hill. The beacon gets lit every Christmas time and can be seen for many miles around. It is not always a sweeping white light - in the past it has been a changing multi-coloured light.
